At this second edition of the Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, the Turkish defense vehicles manufacturer Otokar disclosed its brand new UCOK stabilized remote control weapon system fitted on a Cobra II light armored vehicle.

The UCOK RCWS stabilized machine gun platform can use 12.7 mm, 7.62 mm or 40 mm automatic grenade launcher on the same platform. The weapon station has dual axes independently driven sight which accommodates a dual FOV for thermal camera, a CCD camera and a laser range finder. Independent driven sight allows the aiming reticle to stay on the target when the weapon system is aiming at lead angles.

The system is designed to carry up to 400 rounds in 12.7mm configuration, or 1,000 rounds in 7.62 mm, or 100 rounds in 40 mm AGL mode. UCOK also features eight 76 mm smoke grenade launchers. Weapons and sights have an elevation of -10
