Ilgar Jalilov, Director of “Technol
The company "Technol" was established in 2016 and began production activities in 2017. It is the first local enterprise in Azerbaijan specializing in motor oils and lubricants. We produce our products under the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand, which is a source of pride for us. Currently, our facility for producing new lubricants has started operations alongside our motor and industrial oils.
Our company has participated in the "ADEX" exhibition several times. As a company collaborating with the Ministry of Defense and the defense industry, it is very important for us to be present at this exhibition.
At this year’s exhibition, we are specifically showcasing our oils for military equipment, which are significant products for the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. These products also attract the attention of our foreign guests, as similar items are in demand by defense ministries in their respective countries, generating special interest among the exhibition participants. Our company exports its products to 13 countries, and we are confident that we can increase this number as a result of the exhibition.
Our participation in this exhibition and the organization of such events are commendable. Both local and foreign companies have the opportunity to showcase their products to buyers, facilitating connections between manufacturers, sellers, and customers. This is made possible thanks to the exhibition organizers. Although we are increasingly advancing in the realms of the internet and digital technologies, products displayed at exhibitions are often presented on virtual platforms. However, none of these can replace live interactions in the current context. Virtual contacts and face-to-face communication create an entirely different atmosphere, laying the groundwork for future business and friendly relationships.
At this exhibition, we felt a special level of activity due to the high number of participants. We had repeat meetings with our local partners, especially with our long-term collaborators in the security sector, as well as with companies that had their own stands here or simply came to visit the exhibition. We discussed the steps we will take to further strengthen our cooperation.
Additionally, there was notable interest from foreign security agencies in our motor oils, and we hope to begin collaborations with them in the near future. We have already received inquiries from several countries and conducted live meetings. We believe that we will soon enhance the export capabilities of our products, especially since we have already seen growth in our exports to around 13 countries.
