Personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces and Russian soldiers operate together in the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center established within the framework of the ceasefire agreement signed after the war, according to the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey, APA's local bureau reports.
Noted that Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center makes effort for sustainability and stability of ceasefire.
It has been mentioned that the Armed Forces of Turkey continue its support for the modernization of the Azerbaijani Army.
