On April 26, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has laid the foundation of the international airport in the Zangilan region, APA reports.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held in the framework of the visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva to Jabrayil and Zangilan districts on April 26.
